Advanced Design & Technology
General Features & Safety

This breaker features a thermo-magnetic design that supports high cutting capacity and integrates advanced safety technologies. It includes easily adjustable interior accessories for custom configurations, and uses AD Arc Drive technology to eliminate electrical sparks during operation. The design ensures a consistent form factor across both 630A and 400A models, improving modularity and ease of installation. Additionally, it enhances performance by increasing the cutting capacity relative to unit volume and raising the insulation voltage rating up to Ui=1000V, ensuring robust and efficient electrical protection.

The breaker is designed for infrequent circuit switching and motor starting, offering reliable protection against overload, short circuits, and insulation faults. For enhanced operational safety, it is equipped with a key lock (anti-lock mechanism) and protective end caps at both the entry and exit points. These design elements contribute to an IP30 protection rating, ensuring safe use in various environments. The device also maintains stability at temperatures up to 55°C and withstands voltage shocks of up to 8kV, making it suitable for demanding conditions while allowing for simple and flexible wiring options.
